a] VTI LTD Pricing and Fees Structure 2023/2024
Introduction
VTI LTD fees are charged directly to Learners,Responsible ,sponsors ,employers etc All fees are invoiced for in Mauritian/local currency and unless as may be requested .
Invoicing Policy
Payment of all fees are due 30 days from the date of the invoice.
Unless good reason is given for non-payment of invoices by the due date, late payment interest at the rate of 8% plus current bank rate, will be charged.
VTI LTD Fees
VTI ltd Institute/school fees include vti ltd a non refundable initial fee and other expenses as,
- as, remedial classes, library, materials, if any and ' does not include external registration/membership and examination fees
fees are and to each student for lecture/tutorials ,face to face-online and laboratory-workshop practical classes ,remedial and other assistance throughout the academic year and are used for equipment maintenance and replacement, consumable materials and supplies and other school expenses and
include an Initial Fee which is a nonrefundable fee also known as franchise fee & is paid to vti ltd –BY THE LEARNERS OR ITS RESPONSIBLE and is included in the fees in exchange for establishing a franchise-contractual relationship, along with the provision of
the initial services/labor. This fee is paid in a lump sum to vti ltd when a -fees is signed / paid The non refundable initial fees release the learner / responsible from all liability as an indemnity agreement' from legal and/or financial responsibility for not respecting the course application/duration completion agreement for any reason and to be used for the loss incurred
by. The Initial Fee is specified in the fees payment policy and plan .
Others, course completed benefited students are also not refunded.

Introduction
Examination fees are charged directly to Learners,Responsible ,sponsors ,employers etc All examination fees are invoiced for in Mauritian/local currency and unless as may be requested .
Invoicing Policy
Payment of all examination fees are due as per the last date of received payment from the date of the invoice.
Unless good reason is given for non-payment of invoices by the due date, late payment interest at the rate of 8% plus current bank rate, will be charged[ condition applies and is conditional depending on the examination body-ies] .
Exam fees at and through VTI LTD
Refer to examination policy and not limited to
1] Depending on the VTI LTD,MES AND EXTERNAL BODY EXIGENCIES, notice , the current exam registration /exam fees may be subject to an inflationary increases of 10 %
2] Pratical resit-Rs 250/ per unit practical- Rs 150/ for refer/re-correction
3] All external exams: annual membeship, exam registration, module exam fees and mes local fees for students at and through VTI Ltd shall include VTI Ltd administration charges, cost, commision
4] late entry fee may be applicable after the closing date.

5] Minimum Threshold - Each external examination body set its minimum threshold limit/policy-as per below If the minimum number of student/ fees as per minimum threshold is not met, the student/s name /fees will be transferred to the next cohort/session and will be notified. If student is not satisfied and may request for exam registration/ fees refund only and exam registration/exam fees refund policy apply.Student will be eligible for a VTI LTD course completion testimonial if decided to cease- due to exam minimum threshold restriction
6] ATHE Annual membership fees is imposed on each and every registrant prior to the external exam
7] City and Guilds registration is due for 2 / 3 years or as may be required by the external exam body
8] Exam Fees charged by the examination/awarding bodies and not limited to including, time table, supervision scripts, vetting and awards
9] In order to ensure that vti ltd is able to support its operating expenses that include the acceptance, accounting, auditing, administration and acknowledgement of gifts received, it is necessary to collect administrative fees on all services including holding of internal and external examination processes.. As such, The VTI LTD charge a one-time Administrative Fee on all sources of revenue, including endowments if any , OR as may be decided

External annual-registration examination fee refund condition
Registration/Annual membership fees.
- Applications for a refund of registration/annual membership fees must be received in writing by the institute within 15 days of the date of the original institute received order and institute reserve the right to deduct/retain 25%. Paid and if payment has not been effected to exam body or its representative institute .and whereas
- When and if already transferred to external body or its representative, other condition applies. see external body refund policy-
Examination fees
Refund of exam fees and not limited to the below
- Consideration to cancel and refund fees may be given to requests where orders have been made incorrectly – say on a different level or qualification ONLY
- As per examination body, applications for a refund of Examination fees will be entertained and refunded only when the learner is prevented by accident or illness from taking an examination (medical certificate required). prior to examination schedule date
- Refunds FEE approved by, will be issued to the centre and not to the learner. The centre is therefore responsible for paying any refund due to the learner – and vti shall retain the administrative fee from therein
- VTI Administration fee is not refundable
- If a credit note is issued, the value may be deducted by the centre from the next payment to examining body.
- Refunds approved will be issued to the learner [18 yrs or plus] or to responsible as per application form if less than 18 yrs.
